All financial transactions on ckk are governed by the following rules:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the platform and are subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. Withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days to process.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, ckk reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or connection issue, the round may be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• If a software error causes an abnormal outcome in any game, ckk reserves the right to void the round result and refund the wager.
• In any dispute over a game result, ckk's server logs will serve as the definitive record.
• Intentionally disconnecting during a game to gain an unfair advantage is a violation of these terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckk. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person, or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial bets or engaging in collusion/arbitrage to exploit bonus offers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in a game or on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harassing behavior toward other users.
• Treating ckk staff in a disrespectful or abusive manner.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or fake documents.

Ckk believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction or financial hardship. That is why ckk provides a range of responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Gaming Break: Temporarily suspend your account for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: For a long-term break, you can close your account permanently.
• Reality Check: You will receive reminders about your session time and spending at set intervals during gameplay.
